Welcome to Anna-Rina’s blogsite (yes, it’s a blog AND a website). I’m a wedding and lifestyle portrait photographer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

I have had experience covering weddings & portrait sessions not only all over Malaysia but also at overseas locations such as London, Paris, Sydney, Perth, Singapore, Bali, Phuket and Krabi. As cliched as this may sound, I feel blessed to have a career that I love with absolute passion as it allows me to meet people from all sorts of background, capturing them at the happiest and most memorable moments of their lives.

June 19, 2011 (Sunday)
Decided to participate in TDH’s Mou Man Tai 5km fun run just for…fun :p Took approx 35mins. Zzz…

WOD 062011 (Monday)
In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Back Squats @ 45kg/30kg
10 Push Ups
20 Double Unders
Results: 9 rounds, 5 + 10 (45kg subbed DUs with x3 skips)
Fun workout :D

21-15-9 reps of:
Handstand Push Ups
Ring Dips
Push Ups
Results: 9:54 (subbed ring dips with blue band)
Whoaaaa! My delts felt like they were going to burst once I got down for the push ups, so yes. Push ups were my kryptonite -.- One of my favourite workouts but boy oh boy, after a hiatus it sure was an uphill struggle to get this done. Still doing the ring dips with the band as left shoulder still feels a bit wonky. Recovery is taking foreverrrr :( Ok that was a lot of bitching for one update. NEXT!

WOD 060311
For time of:
100 Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg/16kg
100 Double Unders
100 Push Ups
Results: 8:32 (subbed with 50 reps of each movement, DUs converted to 150 skips)
Decided to sub this workout as I wanted something light and easy to wrap up the day with. Meowww

Did the following 2 (+1 DNF -.-) WODs at Pushmore today. Funny how on a day where I don’t have enough rest that I’m tempted to do as many workouts as I can. Idiot -.- Oh, yesterday (June 14) was a rest day so enuf said. 

WOD 061511
“Grace”
30 Clean & Jerks @ 60kg/40kg for time.
Results: 5:05 (scaled to 30kg barbell)
Ok. So 30kg might’ve been abit light, but at 40kg, I was waaaay off form. Will try 35kg next ;p

WOD 061311
Three rounds for time of:
Run 350m
35 Thrusters @ 20kg/15kg
Results: DNF!!
After one round (which took me 7:09!!), I bailed. The running bit bitchslapped me big time. Gotta run more in my vibrams and get used to this pose method stat!

WOD 052311
Three rounds for time of:
15 Push Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg/16kg
25 Double Unders
Results: 9:05
Subbed 25DUs with 75 skips.
