I’ve been asked before which has been my favourite wedding or favourite couple to shoot. There isn’t one specific wedding but I’ve come to realise that it’s when the newlyweds are truly celebrating and enjoying themselves, now that’s when I enjoy myself thoroughly and just immerse into the days’ festivities!

Shamyl and Joanna brought that feeling out in me, the reminder that I’ve got one of the best jobs in the world, that weddings are really a celebration, that despite racial and cultural differences, love is possible. I’m a lucky monkey aren’t I? ;)

You know a wedding was epic when you still smile whilst looking through the photos a year later.

Swee Puan and Xiao Sun are the type of couple who reaffirms why I love the wedding industry, not only are they super nice but they also go all out to enjoy themselves on their wedding day ;) Their wedding celebrations was actually back in December 2010. Yes more than a year ago. I’m still quite surprised why I didn’t share their set earlier, I think it was just in the midst of all the December weddings I overlooked it, thinking I was gonna leave this epic wedding for later. Turns out the ‘later’ would be in 2012 ;p
