Decided to participate in TDH’s Mou Man Tai 5km fun run just for…fun :p Took approx 35mins. Zzz…
WOD 062011 (Monday)
In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Back Squats @ 45kg/30kg
10 Push Ups
20 Double Unders
Results: 9 rounds, 5 + 10 (45kg subbed DUs with x3 skips)
Fun workout :D
