Deadlift
Boxjumps
Results 6:02 (65kg DL, 18″ BJ)

Elizabeth (Power Clean, RD)
Results 11:50 (40lbs, RD + B)

10 minutes AMRAP of 7 Pull Ups + 7 KB Swings
Results 5R + 3 (Strict pull ups / 16kg)

I’m typing this out the following day. And I’m not joking when I say that my whole body is effin sore. ZOMG. The drive to do so many workouts within a short period of time was thanks to 2 cups of cappucino. Obviously strong ones *groan*

    HI Xuely, it depends on which body part you’re talking about. Can’t really remember what I started off with as I’ve been lifting for more than 6 years but I reckon it’ll be okay to start of with something which you can lift for max 10 – 12 repetitions. If you can lift it for more than that number of repetitions, then it’s too light for you.     for me..using 5kg weight was very challenging for me..but when i saw yours…OMG..i was telling myself..wow…kuat nya pompuan nie..well…one day..i will increase the weight..i wanna be fit like you! hahaha…well said…no pain no gain!!!

WOD 052311
Three rounds for time of:
15 Push Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg/16kg
25 Double Unders
Results 9:36 (subbed DUs with 3xskips)
Push ups were pretty decent with chest to floor for first two rounds and swings were pretty consistent. I subbed the double unders with x3 skips and that was when I got bitchslapped big time 0.=”

WOD 052411
For time of:
50 Handstand Push Ups
50 Pull Ups
50 Ring Dips
Results 13:39 (RD + B)
Managed to fit in 25 HSPU’s first, thereafter it was 10s and 5s til the end. Pull up’s were literally breathtaking with each set being broken down to about 3 – 5 reps. Ring dips were only doable cos I used the blue band. Tsktsktsk -.-”

Ok. Restarting workout log with the hopes that some form of schedule can be encouraged by it. Title will be of the day workout(s) was done. Sleep cycles and meals won’t be tracked precisely, perhaps just a rough one. We’ll see.

WOD051711
In 5 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible of:
3 Deadlifts @ 85kg
7 Push Presses @ 30kg (RX’s 35kg)
Results: 4R + 1 DL. Towards the 3rd round, my push presses weren’t as solid as I would’ve liked them to be. Deadlifts were a challenge, but managed to maintain form throughout. Wheee!

Death by HSPU
Results: 11R + 4. Towards round 6, my HSPU’s weren’t as deep as they should’ve been. Then by round 9, I was already doing the pussy push ups. Damn! Need to redo this again in a few weeks time.
