I’m typing this out the following day. And I’m not joking when I say that my whole body is effin sore. ZOMG. The drive to do so many workouts within a short period of time was thanks to 2 cups of cappucino. Obviously strong ones *groan*
Hi Anna,
may i know, you take free weight start from how many kg??
HI Xuely, it depends on which body part you’re talking about. Can’t really remember what I started off with as I’ve been lifting for more than 6 years but I reckon it’ll be okay to start of with something which you can lift for max 10 – 12 repetitions. If you can lift it for more than that number of repetitions, then it’s too light for you. An interesting article to check out http://exercise.about.com/od/exerciseworkouts/a/liftingheavy.htm :) Cheers
