When I first met Rajes and Hwai-Sern a couple of months ago, I was already smitten within the first 10 minutes of talking to this bubbly couple. Truth to be told, I don’t like being hard sell and hardly ever attempt to close deals during preliminary meetings with couples as I believe that it’s important for the choice to be up to the couple. But because of the fact that Rajes and Hwai-Sern were uber nice, I put out all stops and made myself as adorable as could be during our meeting. I think I succeeded, ’cause not long after our meeting, they dropped me an email to confirm my services :D Woohoo!
Rajes and Hwai-Sern had a short and sweet temple ceremony at the Sri Mahamariamman temple in China Town and their intimate wedding reception was held the following day at The Saujana in Subang. Here are some of my favourite shots from the two days!
Adorable nephews from both sides of the family. Shooooo cuteeeeee! *pinch cheeks*

One of the shortest Indian temple ceremony I’ve ever shot! Sweet nevertheless :)

Rajes & Hwai-Sern allocated some time for bridal portraits before their tea ceremony and reception :) I love it when couples do that. It’s not everyday that you get dressed to the nines, so its awesome to make some time for portraits prior as you’ll be too busy catching up with friends during your reception. Thank you for workin’ it during the session Rajes & Hwai-Sern :D

Ok, I don’t usually post up formal family portraits on the blog. But this was waaaaaaay too funny (in my humble opinion ;p) not to share. Can you spot the sad looking puppy here? LOL! When the lil one grows up, he’s gonna laugh at himself ;) I hope.

Hello fellow cookie lover! :D *distracts kid and grabs cookie* Kidding!

Love, love, love how these two lovebirds are always laughing :D

Yes, this seems to be what usually happens during bouquet throws :p Don’t be shy to grab the bouquet ladies! ;D

Rajes & Hwai-Sern, thank you again for the honour of shooting your wedding. Love the fact that you decided to have an intimate do, giving yourselves ample time to catch up with family and friends, celebrating a marriage as it should be :) Wishing you many days of love and laughter in the years ahead. Can’t wait to share the rest of the pictures with you soon :D
