I first met Diana and Andros in 2008 when I was her best friend Terri’s wedding photographer. Diana was the one who actually referred me to Terri and thanks to her, I (sorta :p) became the official wedding photographer for her close friends as not long after Terri and Nathan’s wedding, I also shot Ea Wei and Patriana‘s wedding (who are expecting a kid in a couple of months time :D wOOt!). Some say I used my biceps to intimidate them into hiring me, but I’d like to think it was my *cough*charm*cough* and somewhat decent pictures which sealed the deal for them ;)
Back then, Diana had already mentioned that I was going to be her wedding photographer when she gets married, but that was more than two years ago and I remember thinking that she was just saying that to be nice :p But as fate would have it, I shot the surprise proposal that Andros sprung on her in December 2009 and just a couple of weeks ago, I shot their wedding day :)
Diana and Andros, you two have become my friends first and clients second. You and your friends have embraced me into your crazy lil gang and thank you so much for making me feel NOT out of place whenever I hang out with you guys (yes, including the 3 weddings ;p).
Had fun shooting your wedding, seriously! It was fun ‘bullying’ you two into cheesy poses, meeting many familiar faces during the reception, seeing Andros’ reaction when he saw that ‘smoking’ picture in the slideshow, capturing Diana’s transformation into a drop dead gorgeous bride and just being able to be part of it all :D
Aaaand, mad props to you two for not having shark’s fin soup as part of your menu! Its couples like you who make a difference :D Many say it wouldn’t change a thing but I believe that, however little your action may be in getting all local restaurant to stop serving shark’s fin soup, its still a difference ;)
Congratulations on this new journey of yours and as cheesy as this may sound, years from now, when your kids looks back at these pictures, I hope they’ll feel the love that we all witnessed on that day :)

If you check out the link to Ea Wei & Pat’s wedding, there’s a shot which is almost exactly the same as the one in the middle :p

Their wedding cake and the cupcakes in the middle were baked by Diana’s “Super Mum”!
Mrs Tang, if you ever need a guinea pig to test out new cake recipes, Diana has my number :p

Loved their backdrop! Great spot for the group pictures which were handled by Chee Minh (bottom left – Gotcha!). Would SO recommend couples who are getting married to have backdrops for group shots instead of doing table shots – your pictures would be so much nicer :D
Oh, yes and that’s me together with DianaRos on the bottom right. The bottle’s just for posing purposes! I don’t drink on the job ;p Thanks Ea Wei for that shot :D
Yaaaam seng (or as Di would say “Lim chiu arrr!”), laughter and joy ahead ;) More shots from the day on my FB photography page :D

Another great one, Anna! Super loved the backdrop–what a great idea! Haha…makes me wanna do it all over again! Bride is gorgeous and her dress is really stunning. Take care!

(May 21st, 2010, 11:49 pm)Anna………. Thanks for the great photos. By the way, the Proposal was in December 2008 not 2009!!!
(May 24th, 2010, 5:52 pm)i just love your lighting Anna. i bet you use the speedlight too but you’re able to produce the perfect amount of light in each shot. awwwwwesome work as always girl!
(May 24th, 2010, 8:29 pm)@Chelle: You can do the same for your party in Canada :D Have fun you two! x
(May 27th, 2010, 2:59 am)@Delia: Aww…shucks. Thanks but lemme tell you a secret. It ain’t me, I’m just lucky to have amazing couples to shoot ;)
@Andros: Haiyoooo boss, typo laaa ;p These were the only nice ones, the rest suck big time :p KIDDING!!
@Nazra: Tenkiusssss :D For all the daytime shots, no flash used, only natural/available light. For the night ones, same thing. That’s why I loooove the 5DMKII. Hehe
waaaaahh no wonder i still love your shots – you still believe in natural light! hurray for Anna!
(May 27th, 2010, 11:43 pm)hye anna.. my fren says the bride looks like me.. she posted this link on my fb. my other frens thought that was me. LOL nice pics tho!!
(May 31st, 2010, 9:38 am)I like to see how in the same space, each photographer would shoot things differently. I have shot in Assumption church a number of times but your shots have a different perspective than mine. That’s nice. :)
(June 1st, 2010, 3:12 pm)EH! Just saw the groomsmen (I think) – Fadzil and Iqbal! :D
