Haven’t had the time to workout for the past couple of days as I’ve been busy rushing some work. Due to my busy schedule, I haven’t been sleeping much as well, averaging about 4 – 5 hours for the past few days, with 6 hours on good days.
Despite feeling abit tired today I went for an hour of yogilates at BeYoga followed by WOD070709 at Pushmore. Couldn’t stand another day of not working out!
50-35-20 reps for time of:
Pull Ups
Kettlebell Swings @ 24kg (M), 16kg (F)
Result: Approximately 41 minutes.
Yes, I took aaaaages to wrap up the workout. Was already feeling a bit faint at the second round of pull ups to the extent where I had to break it down to 3 reps >.< I think the fact that I still don't kip and have been incorporating strict chest-to-bar pull ups really knocked me out. At the last set of swings, forced out max swings and man! That's when I nearly keeled over and started seeing the white dots *shy*
Here’s a reminder to self to get regular sleep. Which I’ll start doing next week once I wrap up everything. Ok back to work.
