The OHS killed me. Especially as I wanted to maintain good form and went all the way down to a full squat. I can feel my hamstrings today and they are bloody tight. Can’t even stretch properly -_-” That being said, I need to work harder and constantly remind myself to achieve proper form for all these exercises. Allez! ;p
