Last time I did this workout was early January. Nearly three months down the road, managed to half the time with deeper HSPU and better push up form :D Wheeeee! Now I just need to improve on my dips and go deeper instead of reverting to pussy dips towards the end. Gah.

Maaaaan, I could feel my glutes and lower back working throughout the deadlifts. This WOD was okay except for the skips which reaaaaallly slowed me down >.< Gawdammit! I need to improve on my cardio!
